What are your top tips for tip top oral health and wellbeing?
I have found that the best way to look after your oral health and wellbeing is to have a healthy balanced diet, have regular check-ups and hygiene appointments, brush with an electric tooth brush twice a day, use interdental brushes or floss at least once a day and to keep discolouration at bay with a gentle whitening tooth pastes such as Sensodyne Gentle Whitening.
